Meylin Amador, PT, DPT
Steve has over 36 years of experience in the leadership, management and delivery of physical therapy services. He combines experience in treating world-class, professional, collegiate and scholastic athletes with backgrounds in home health care, hospital, balance and vestibular and rehabilitation centers.
Stephen is a 1989 graduate of SUNY at Stony Brook and has taken numerous continuing education courses with an emphasis on the evaluation and treatment of vertigo, vestibular, migraine associated vertigo, cervicogenic dizziness, concussion, otolitic dysfunction, neurological and balance disorders. He combines with hands on treatment of joint disorders, spinal orthopedics, and advanced orthopedic techniques. Stephen is credentialed in treatment of vertigo, vestibular disorders, dizziness, BPPV and balance deficits.

Meylin received her Associate of Applied Sciences as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Nassau Community College in 2016, her Bachelor’s in Health Sciences from York College in 2021 and her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stony Brook University in 2025.
In her nine years of experience in the field, Meylin’s clinical focus has been on orthopedic rehabilitation, pre- and post-surgical rehabilitation, and sports rehabilitation; more recently her clinical focus has shifted to pediatric and vestibular rehabilitation. Meylin strives to grow her skill set by participating in advanced continuing clinical education courses. Prior to joining our team, Meylin worked for various orthopedic physical therapy practices.
